Hazing and sexual harassment (bizutage et harcèlement sexuel)

We have posted many pics and videos on our website which show clearly that hazing, or ragging, has become over the years a more or less tolerated form of sexual harassment, in France, Belgium, The Netherlands,Sweden, in the US, in Brazil, Chile etc.
Paradoxically, sexual harassment is punished more severely than before in most countries (1), but it is on the rise in hazing sessions known as "bizutage" in France, "baptême" or "doop" in Belgium, "ontgroening" in The Netherlands, "nollning" in Sweden, "trote" in Brazil, "mexoneo" in Chile etc. Isn't it about time to fight sexual harassment in schools and universitiies?
(1) In Egypt, for instance, a country known fot its rampant sexual harassment, Sherif Goma'a, a truck-driver who had groped an Arab-Israeli tourist, was sentenced last october to THREE YEARS imprisonment, with hard labor. What would be the right penalty for "our" bizuteurs who take advantage of these so-called initiation rituals to harass female students sexually?
